Your appointment:

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or Flu please DO NOT attend the practice.

• Our waiting room is open now, it’s patients choice to wear a mask when inside the building. Please report to reception to let us know that you have arrived for your appointment, before taking a seat in our socially distanced waiting room!
• Once the surgery is ready, a nurse will come and collect you from the waiting room and escort you to surgery.
• Please attend your dental appointment alone where possible due to social distancing and limited waiting room. Children under 16 may attend with one parent or guardian, and patients who require assistance can also attend with one carer. Please be aware that patient escorts/guardians/translators will likely be asked to remain in the waiting room area.

Once inside

• Masks are available for your use if required.
• Hand gel is supplied at the sanitising station, located by the reception desk.
• Please adhere to social distancing rules, and avoid touching anything where possible.

We will make sure to inform you of any changes to updated guidelines.
